As the sun sets and the day winds down Zlatina rests and contemplates. Maybe a few scratches underneath the chin to end the day? Too bad her feline friend has other ideas!

In the lifetime of this project, I've stumbled across many bivouac, there is something strangely comforting about the sight of them. The gathering of material to form a structure- the very basic essence of human life.

 

This was a lovely day, demonstrating process and contemplating life, Lynch and the story telling in all its forms.

Japanese tsukubai and kakei at the Anderson Japanese Gardens in Rockford, Illinois. This is a great place to enjoy expertly cultivated flora while quieting your mind.

Sometimes you just have to sit and watch....a show like this opens hearts and souls to the infinite beauty of Mother Nature.
