A Rock Wren appears to be carefully studying the artifacts from my lens as it perches above a canyon along the Rancho Viejo Trail in Big Bend Ranch State Park.
Trinity is by Abstract Expressionist artist Adolph Gottlieb (1903-1974) and is part of the permanent collection at Crystal Bridges Art Museum, Bentonville, Arkansas -- created by Walmart Corporation. Crystal Bridges is one of the premier art museums in America. crystalbridges.org/

It was one of those crazy busy days at the office; so busy that I didn't get a chance to actually eat my lunch. So, needless to say I was pretty hungry by the time I came home.
Grabbed my camera and took a few shots of the birds flying from tree to tree in the backyard.
Just a quick shot today, but I like the way it came out for lighting and space so I'm not disappointed.
Anyway, hope everyone has had a good day.

Salt-laced air, a breath of might,
The horizon blurs, day yields to night.
In its vastness, I glimpse my place,

Does anyone know who's map texture this is?
I tried some long exposures with an old Canon film camera. I got in this shot and I liked the way it turned out! "C" for 26FILM group.
My next voyage will take a little longer and I will visit more ports than this trip. Early January I will be sailing west from Amsterdam.
Testing my new lensbaby.. this lens is wonderful, but not easy to use. Just practicing!
I welcome all tips and advice!

What? You never heard of Puff? Okay, I'll tell you, but you're gonna cry.
I find it ironic that you'll soon be breathing fire but on cold mornings you'll still have to sit in the sun to warm your blood.

In the heart of the Moonlite forest, a fire demon sat on a light purple moonbeam, its flames flickering softly in the cool night air. The towering trees around it glowed under the moon’s pale light, their leaves whispering ancient secrets. For once, the demon’s fiery aura didn’t scorch its surroundings. Instead, it stared into the dark, contemplating the vastness of the night sky. There was a stillness here, a peace that contrasted with the inferno within. The demon wondered, in its rare quiet moment, if there was more to existence than destruction—perhaps even beauty in restraint.

Ah, the life of a seagull. Set up only a short 100 metre flight from the fish and chip shop at Cleveland Point, Redlands, South East Queensland. Waiting for some gullible human to offer a single, solitary chip and then it will be on for young and old!
The Waikato river drifts its way through the heart of Hamilton city and provides a number of locations to quietly sit and ponder...
I love it when I find a cool place for pictures. Out of the Rain Cafe has a cute cafe with rain falling outside in a small woods. It packs a lot of punch for a skybox.
