I knew the piano was a prop, but I was fooled into thinking it might be real because it was so heavy that the prop crew really struggled to get it on stage and in position. Turns out this was because there were half a dozen kids packed in it like sardines! It was a really unique yet interesting performance (set to the music of Fur Elise by Beethoven but with a rock beat) **It's really hard to explain unless you see it**
After dislocating her knee in January, that resulted in a torn MPFL, avulsion fracture on her patella, injury to the cartilage and major bruising to the patella and surounding bones, Erin is deep in the competition season 3 months later. This is her competing at her third competition this season.
The tape that she still needs to wear is pretty apparent on her left knee though.
Cadet teams compete in the fall Sandhurst Competition Oct. 26-27 to qualify for the annual Sandhurst Military Skills Competition in April at West Point, NY. Everyone keeps admiring the moleskine. I admit, I fell into the popularity and brought one too. It's very cute and fun, but I think I found competition for the moleskine. It's very cute too.
It's a notebook from a japanese company called "Kokuyo". They're very similiar to many ways. Starting at the cover, both have a rubberband to keep the book closed. View my other photos for a comparison
