Comparison image of M101 - host galaxy of Supernova 2011fe (arrowed). Visually - the supernova is brighter than the galaxy core and when I took this picture, it was the only other part of the galaxy I could make out besides the core.
Comparison of the (single coated) Nippon Kogaku Japan Nikkor-N 24mm f/2.8 with the (multicoated) Nikon Nikkor-N.C 24mm f/2.8. Both have the same optical formula, only the coating is different. HN-3 hood, no filter, Nikon D90 body.
A comparison between a duplicate helmet and a genuine AL helmet.
The one one the left is the clone and the one on the right is AL's.
Note that these are WIPs and they have flaws. I am working to improve on them, but until then, they will not be perfect. I will not give out any imperfect ones unless you tell me that you actually want them and I show you pics of them so I don't get blamed for stuff like "Oh, there's a chip here!"
Also, the helmets are made of resin.
I have put up notes so that you can see what is flawed in the clone that I have showed.
Thanks! :)

DDC-Comparison
She surely has changed a lot in 4 years. In the right photo she was just getting over her bout with Mange. I think she's grown into quite a beauty! It is also interesting how the light can affect her colour. In the shade she appears brown in the light she appears more of a rust colour.

Dollmore standard** skin tone & Volks "Pure Skin" (NS)
**You don't get a choice of skin-tones when ordering a Banji. Snow- and tan-skinned options for this doll were released as limited editions, only.

Lati Yellow S.Belle: Nomyens face up, 12mm Oscar Doll eyes
Lati Yellow G.Belle: Squirrel company face up, 14mm glass eyes
This morally ambiguous art installation is, fittingly, at the tube station closest to parliament.
"Beauty < Immortality
"Utility < Perfection
"Goodness < Righteousness

Two Volks Lilie sculpts. The girl on the left belongs to fellow DoA member "St. John", and has a mermaid body (lower torso & tail) by the Peapod company.
Comparison of two Eley .22 cartridges showing very different firing pin impressions. Both taken with an F/2.8 AI-S Micro Nikkor with PK-13 and additional extension at F/16, 1/2 sec. ISO 400.
Taking celt_dog's advice I tried a softer lighting approach by taking these in a DIY light box to diffuse the harsh light given by the halogens. I think the result is better than the previous rimfire picture.
Saga's saga
Default faceup --> Faceup wiped --> New faceup
I took a TON of pictures of Saga after wiping her faceup again and she definitly looks like she could be a nice boy with the right faceup. I will upload some pictures soon hopefully, free to use for any reference. That's actually the reason I took em in the first place, I figured some people might want to plan faceup and other stuff and haveing bald, naked and faceless pictures are just perfect for that :)

I put together this comparison of different aspect ratios. Somebody told me that the European A4 paper format was based on the golden ratio. Not so, I found out!
I also always thought that the European A4 and US Letter were the same width. Found out that's also not true...
By the way, standard photo formats follow the 3:4 Television format.
Part 2
Here are some of my dollies compared to their standard version (mostly), sadly some of them are not still finished so I guess the comparison is not fully correct but wanted to see the difference ^^
