Default faceup --> Faceup wiped --> New faceup
I took a TON of pictures of Saga after wiping her faceup again and she definitly looks like she could be a nice boy with the right faceup. I will upload some pictures soon hopefully, free to use for any reference. That's actually the reason I took em in the first place, I figured some people might want to plan faceup and other stuff and haveing bald, naked and faceless pictures are just perfect for that :)
On his website, director Michel Gondy (Be Kind, Rewind and Science of Sleep) offered to sketch you for $19.95 if you sent him a picture. I thought, sure, why not?
So, I sent him the picture on the right and got back the sketch on the left. I guess it's what I would look like if I were angry and French.
The new ex-London DAFs are shorter than Guildford's native ones, at 10.2m rather than 10.8m.
Obviously, as a result, their unladen weights differ. The native ones are 7940kg - here's 3927 (GK51 SZE).

This picture is taken with Nokia 808 in 8MP mode. Focal length is 26 in 35mm format. Aperture was f2.4. Depth of field was about 22cm. Picture is edited in Lightroom. Picture is then exported so that height is 1920 pixels. I have also taken the same picture with Nokia 920 and Nikon D200.

i also found to my dismay when i stripped down lonnie for this picture that even though she has been kept in a room with only indirect lighting she has turned greenish everywhere except for where her shorts were., and mostly on her front since she was lying down (she has been waiting for me to make her a new shirt since last summer :o( ) it's not quite as bad as it looks in this picture but still immediately noticeable! shabee who was right next to her has a similar fade pattern. she was wearing a thin cotton dress, i can't see a problem with any of my other dolls so far.

Peleng and opteka fisheye comparison. Both is shot with T2i on tripod same distance away. The Peleng is wider as you can see but does vignette and blur a little at the edges. Opteka is not as wide but clearer. Which will you choose?

2009 December 23 - Sort of figured out how to use the Dragon Age toolset to mod NPC faces. I like Eshaye's Morrigan face mod quite a bit and I can't imagine how to improve upon that one, but her Leliana head still has some too-masculine features.
OTOH my version 1.0 kind of looks like an Asian female with red-orange hair. What can I say, I'm working on it. :P
Fujifilm Super CCD EXR HR evaluation.
We took a random picture of a car, using our S200EXR in HR mode. We set the camera to record in both RAW and JPEG.
Please disregard the blocking of the license plate number and the purple fringing on the overexposed areas.
When we used DCRAW's magic on the raw file we were surprised to get 2 output images.
The left images is straight out of camera JPEG.
The center image is one half of the raw image.
The right image is the other half of the raw image.
A comparison between a high quality PNG icon for Pidgin and the Firefox SVG icon. Notice that the Pidgin Icon is fuzzy and has a pixelated look at this size, while the Firefox shape still appears sharp and round.
