Had to get a photo with the head chef / owner. It's been several years since the HK episode of Anthony Bourdain and they're in a new place. Alvin still has all the stress of the job like before, but he's in a bit more of a groove now. Fortunately for him, the new place doesn't let him smoke inside so he's mostly given up the habit.
