I'm not a huge South Park fan, though I've gotten to be more so recently (in my opinion, the show has gotten better as it's gotten older). Because the characters are tough to do from a cosplay standpoint--no one wants to be bundled up for a Colorado winter in a Chicago summer--you don't see many South Park cosplays at Anime Central. Chef here is the exception.
This guy did a great job on the costume, and yes, he would break out into song on request. I was dressed as Gendo Ikari that day, and after I took the picture, he said "You know, you're a really bad father!" Heh. Look who's talking, Chef!
