Part of Tess' party was the girls having a chance to make their own pizzas. Dan was in charge of this activity and it turned out quite well.

I thought this guy was interesting and like his stance. I also found it funny, with the repetition of the little chef sculpture in front of him, seen a little better in the other shot of him.

Chef Stadtlander noted that chefs are the middleman between consumer and farmer. He also presented to the group the success of Food Stock 2011 and how it brought together 28,000 attendees. In a similar manner, chef Stadtlander announced two upcoming ventures, The Singhampton project (personal) and Soup Stock in Oct 21, 2012 and asked young and old chefs to consider participating.
