I found this poor little bird chained next to a shop probably to attract the attention of bypassing tourists- which worked pretty well I must say. He seemed completely disturbed and behaved quite abnormal constantly twitching and jumping around. No wonder: can't be the best life he's living chained to that small pole.
Today's arrival. She's my first Ginger. How come no one warned me how cute she'd be? I was planning to keep only her fashions and accessories, but now I'm waffling. Hmmm...

1976. Taking photos for the Lakefield Leader (near Peterborough Ontario Canada) covering my first auction, I learned the hard way not to stick up my hand. Was holding a small flash. Ended up burying the chain in the backyard of our apartment. Sold to the sucker with the camera!

An image from Keflavik, Iceland. I'm not sure of the relevance of this monument as I couldn't understand the plaque. I would guess at some sort of acknowledgement of the islands maritime history? I did like the detail in all the rust and how weather beaten it looks. Even on 35mm film the detail still holds up very well.
