Woke up early today and have made lemon drizzle cake and chocolate caramel flapjack. The wet and windy day here totally demanded this much baking!

Yes, there's a cake beneath that lettuce.

An initial attempt at cake pops. I'm quite pleased how they turned out. They've got a vanilla sponge and vanilla buttercream mix inside and are dipped in white chocolate and covered with blue sugar.

Lolly cake. A refrigerator cake make from crushed malt biscuits, condensed milk, and a packet of foam shrimps and bananas. Coconut and sugar stars on top for decoration.

Very tasty, very squidgy (perhaps too much condensed milk) and colossally calorific.
