CWDweek31: Spirituality: My heart and soul can be breached by the present of strawberries (or Almond Joys). Friends and loves have gifted me unexpectedly with this glorious fruit and knowing that they wanted to delight me brings me a joyous spiritual lift.
Took a photo of strawberries in a crystal bowl and used photostudio with the contour drawing function to give it a mystical feel.
. . . sometimes they lose their head.
cwd791 - Non-Human Clones: I'm so excited! This is my first attempt at cloning and I think it turned out alright. I need to learn some more tools to clean up the edges, but I learned a lot in Photoshop for this assignment.
This is the first time I've made one of these things. I think ten is the most I've had in Explore at one time, so I thought it was a good reason to celebrate. Many thanks everyone!

cwd2231 ~ One Egg, Four ways Take an egg, look for a good background with plenty of light. Once you set the egg down, take four images showing how the light can differ in the same spot.
i couldn't believe it. i thought i was dreaming, but no, there she is, unloading the dishwasher, putting stuff away, and getting something out of the fridge. amazing. i've never seen her work so hard before.
I was looking at examples of cubism and after I took this pic of a fire the center flames reminded me of some of the examples I had seen. The central group of flames looks like a man's profile and the different shapes of smaller flames creates dimension. Not the best, but they do say art is up to interpretation, right? :)
I passed this a couple times on the road.
Watch your fingers... arms... legs... better yet, just stay far away from this farming machine.
Assignment 3. Agriculture. The corn is high, and outside of harvest, now is the perfect time to get some images from the garden or the farm. it's such an important part of our lives, but something many of us are so removed from. Tag with cwd293.
Assignment 2. Mirror/Reflection. A great, though challenging, compositional element is the mirror. Use reflections to complement your subject. Anyone doing a self-portrait in a mirror will be tagged “phoned in.” All other reflections are fair game. Tag with cwd132.
Just in case it isn't apparent, the mirror rests against two tombstones.

I am not sure I am doing the right thing or that I have achieved the desired result.
High key. The "key" of an image describes the nature of the tones presented. In a High key image most of the tones will be brighter than middle gray. Bright background, bright subject, and the dark tones take on a supernatural power to highlight what you want to show.
