CSX loco 3194, the "y Honoring Our Law Enforcement", leads Q261 through Guilderland, NY enroute to Selkirk Yard.

While attending a weekend baseball tourney just down the street, we were able to keep an eye on the Selkirk Branch, as well.

CSX local L784 switches out Packaging Corp of America in Auburndale, FL. We watched them pull empties and spot loads as a bonus catch returning from the Plant City area. The conductor even got a chance to tell off a gate runner. A former C&O GP40-2 was doing the honors.

CSX 6501 in B&O blue leads Q376 down the ramp at West Pittsburg, PA on April 25, 1993. The P&W Sub is the line on the far right and the P&LE main is to the left of the 6501. The last time I passed through here in 2016, this location was totally grown in.

I only go to the CSX main about 5 or 6 times a year, and usually because some heritage unit or something special is coming. On this day I was after CP 7013 in the maroon heritage paint leading K-634. This just happened to come by while I was waiting. The K-634 got delayed, and I finally caught it later in the day about 40 miles East at CP359 in Perinton.
