Saw these bright yellow Flowers in my garden the other day and thought I'll try & get a different POV on them
Part of my final project for my first BFA photography course at Arizona State University. My project, called Coming & Going, includes three elements. First, using the photographic version of a pentimento (in this case, double exposures). Second, paying homage to one of Thomas Struth's first exhibits, which featured photos of streets in New York City and his hometown of Dusseldorf (in my case, New York City and Des Moines). Finally, based on a project proposed by Alec Soth, combine a photograph with some basic descriptive text, and then consider whether it's better with or without the words.

Another Avenger joins the Strike force
An incredible 20 foot model of the USS Intrepid built entirely from standard Lego parts.

Badger comes past the North Pier lighthouse and her group of greeters who are always there to welcome her.
When I think of Singapore River, I think of a crammed waterway full of weather-beaten bumboats with goods being loaded and unloaded by sheer brute strength, bustling with activity, old godowns and foodstalls lining its banks, dirty and humid. None was spared.
