I'm still waiting on the wheels. I just stuck these (130mm spacing on the rear) to set up brakes and fenders, which I'll have to adjust. Patience is not a virtue I enjoy.
The replacement chainrings don't have the crazy ramps and pins of the originals, so it's a good thing I have the high-tech Suntour "Continuous Flow Engagement Extreme" shifters. I think this is the fourth bike for those shifters since I got them used many years ago.
Nature coming through the ruins of the main building in the Cuñapirú Dam, at the limits between Tacuarembó and Rivera, Uruguay.

Het verhaal speelt zich af in de broeierige omgeving van een zwembad waar uiteenlopende pubers elkaar terroriseren ...

Coming, and going, the really small children get a good look at the Christmas trees atop their father’s shoulders. They are too exicited to be worn out. Wheelchair patrons rely on the person behind the chair to get them into good viewing angle. This aisle was packed 7 across. Trees are just out of frame on the left and right.
The best time to attend the Festival of Trees is late morning, not Saturday night just before closing.
On a walk around Mona Vale, Fendalton Christchurch October 16, 2014 New Zealand.
Mona Vale is an historic property located in the suburb of Fendalton, close to the city centre. The Victorian homestead is surrounded by 5.5 hectares of English-style landscaped gardens on the banks of the Avon River.
The homestead in the grounds of Mona Vale was built in 1897 for Frederick Waymouth. Heiress Annie Townend purchased the property in 1905, renaming it "Mona Vale" after her mother’s birthplace in Tasmania. She added the distinctive Fendalton Road Gatehouse, the Bath House and the Fernery. Later owners added the lily pond and plantings of rhododendrons and azaleas.
In the 1960s Mona Vale Homestead was to be demolished and the gardens subdivided. However public campaigning saved the property which was purchased for the City.
Today, the Christchurch City Council maintains the grounds.
Because of earthquake damage the Bath House and the Homestead are still closed and hopefully will get repaired at some time.
