Leeds is a wealthy city, and there are, in the centre, many arcades that you can walk through to get from one main street to the next.

They each show off their decorations each year in different styles!

They are stunning all year but extra for the festive season!

Have a happy day and thank you for viewing, M, (*_*)

I made some Christmas cards this year, as I do every year. Most of them were just variations of this picture. The actual picture shown above is the one I gave to my vets.

By the way, I saw Levi and Tango's new owner yesterday. He reports that the kitties are doing very well in their new home. They are very busy and he had to buy a squirt gun to start teaching them manners. I have seen him a few times since I gave the kittens to him, but I kept forgetting to update you.

Christmas Day at Avoca Beach. 25 c - nice sea breeze - great way to spend the afternoon

Play a couple of "memory trigger" records and the view of the Christmas tree from my seat at the computer can momentarily become a little blurred but, hey, salt water is good for the eyes!

There are advantages of spending Christmas on your own. One of them is that you can indulge in sentimental moments...others include having that entire box of chocolates to yourself and as for the alcohol....let it flow, let it flow, let it flow!

Happy Christmas all, and an optimistic 2022.

Christmas 1969 - Maddie G and Edna - South Windsor

It's Christmas Day, so here's a holiday themed photo. I stumbled upon this mannequin inside MOOD Stockholm, a galleria where I met up for an evening photowalk. You guys know I almost never publish these kinds of photos anymore, so this is an exception!

Christmas in spring 2014

Christmas star decorations on a stall at Edinburgh's Christmas market.

While Christmas may be over, the tree and lights are still up around my house so I figured I'd upload one of the photos I took on Christmas Eve. I sure do love the f/2.8 lenses. :-)
