Having gone to Tees Yard while tour passengers had a break in Middlesbrough, Class 66, 66094 then arrives back at Middlesbrough (with 66198 on the rear), heading the empty stock for the BLS “Lackenby Looper” railtour on 9th July 2022. The tour then continued to Skinningrove and Redcar Ore Terminal before returning back to Doncaster.
37370 approaches Chesterfield Station at 15.20 on the 14th August 1998 with flats loaded with rails on an unrecorded freight.

From Tillicoultry to Alloa the line was double track as can be seen here by the width of the bridges.

This particular Monday afternoon, the wind was really blowing out on the plains. Most of the day, the winds were at least 30 MPH sustained, and that number often got up to 40-50 MPH. Fortunately, it wasn't too cold, but the wind was a bit of a challenge. Evidence of the wind is quite clear in this shot of this NKCR manifest pulling into the east end of Holyoke (pronounced "hole-ee-oak"). A long piece of plastic wrap got stuck on the coupler of OMLX 419, and it is blowing wildly in the wind.

Taken from the end of the platform at Cononley, south of Skipton, is White liveried 66721 with a loaded stone train.
This is 6E69 from Arcow Quarry, on the southern section of the S&C near Horton-in-Ribblesdale, to Hunslet.
After visiting Skipton I noticed this was due but was unaware that 66721 was working this.
