chair is ergonomic and practical. The shell is made of technopolymer, the structure

A symbol in the history of design, it is the first Alias chair to appear in the MoMA
collection of New York. The structure is in stove enamelled or chromed steel, the seats
and backs in the distinctive woven PVC, subtle in the transparent version and more striking
in the various coloured versions. Also available in variants like leather hide and the
special straw of the paludis series that enable unexpected tactile and visual experiences

The functional nature and clean lines characterise open, a system of tables and chairs
suitable for outdoor use. A strong, resistant material defined with soft lines and curves
which enrich the profile of the chairs: practical, stackable and ideal for gardens or public
areas. The round tables are made from fine sheet steel with a practical and decorative
pierced surface.
La funzionalità e la pulizia formale dell’acciaio caratterizzano open, il sistema di sedie
e tavoli per l’outdoor. Un materiale forte e resistente definito dalle linee morbide e dalle
curve che arricchiscono il sottile profilo delle sedie: pratiche, impilabili, perfette nei giardini
piani d’appoggio e sottolineano il profilo con il bordo forato funzionale e decorativo.
