An off-duty sailor trying very hard to get connected with onto the civilian web on his laptop near another opening where the anchor is set.

 

As I wrote earlier, I can see what they have on their computer monitor from where I am standing and all I see is blank screen. Occasionally they will look up and look at the crowd because the Internet connection (or there lack of) is so poor that all they seem to be doing is to wait around.
