Robert Emmerich - 81 Renzo-Piano-skyscraper and the Potsdamer Platz - burning sky in Berlin - Germany
Release 81 for the OneDayOneArtwork and OneDayOnePicture project. After purchasing my first analog infra-red (IR) filter (the kind of filter you screw on your lens) and shouting a lot of strange looking pictures I found finally some stuff to work on my texture skills in Photoshop. So I decided to use a set of 5 different pictures that I took at the Potsdamer Platz and create a new series called burning sky / skyscraper. Creating textures with that kind of painted look gives you a new perspective :-). This is release 1 of 5 and shows the Piano skyscraper (Renzo-Piano-Hochhaus) that is 79 Meter (259 feet).
The post processing was done with Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CC. The painted texture look of the burning sky was created with Autodesk Pixlr (I love this program). The picture was taken with my Canon EOS 40D in Berlin at the Potsdamer Platz.
