An Allergy Recipe

Here's an allergy season recipe from CK Hall at @defininghealth. It can help with allergies and also provides more of the green nutrition lacking in 90% of American diets.

 

#Smoothie for allergy season. Local raw bee pollen saves me through this time of year in both my daily protein shakes!

1 pkt ISALEAN rich chocolate gluten-free dairy-free NO SOY, whole food complete meal protein

1-1/4 tsp organic wheatgrass from @wheatgrass_people

1 cup unsweetened flax milk

1/3 cup frozen organic strawberries

1 tsp local organic bee pollen

1 T organic peanut flour

CK believes it is just as easy to mix your own carefully selected ingredients as it is to buy an already-mixed blend. That is especially true with respect to #allergies because the bee pollen in such blends is not likely local #pollen.
