第二站：2009太魯閣21KM半程馬拉松, 安全抵達終點, 時間是2小時40分43秒, 第一次跑那麼長的距離, 感覺很棒! 太魯閣風景很美, 空氣很新鮮, 跑起來很舒服, 是說到最後已經是用意志力在跑了!雙腳都不聽使喚...明年想再參加。
隔天跑去太魯閣仔細看風景, 真的有傻眼! 不敢相信21KM真的很長耶!
特別是過了溪畔隧道後好像到了另一個世界, 仰頭不見天, 峻峭雄偉的峽谷真叫人讚嘆連連!
用相機也拍不起來的壯闊, 燕子口+九曲洞+天祥...好像到了仙境喔!

The Marathon Dam is a gravity dam on the Charadros River.
The dam created Lake Marathon for the primary purpose of municipal water supply.
Constructed between 1926 and 1929, it was the sole supplier of water to Athens until 1959. The dam is often cited for its role in the modernization of Greece and the first recorded case of seismic activity associated with reservoir inundation. It was also designed to be symbolic of Ancient Greece, particularly Athenians and the Battle of Marathon.
DOZ Marathon - An event that is a combination of a sports event and an action promoting a healthy and active lifestyle as well as modern charity. Runners can take part in a marathon run (42 km 195 m) and a 5 km run. In 2018, the runners ran a half-marathon for the first time. DOZ I Care for My Health Foundation has been a social partner of the DOZ Marathon in Łódź from the very beginning, creating and sponsoring charity activities. The action proves that you can also help by using the commitment, passion and energy of people, that you can invite your friends, family and friends to run - all in order to help others.
Participants treat the participation in the event as a personal challenge, but also more and more often as a desire to draw attention to the need to help. That is why we cooperate with other organizations to act and help together - in accordance with our slogan: "Together we can do more!". Competitors can dedicate their run to a public benefit organization or a specific person of their choice. For this purpose, they set up or support other fundraisers on the siepomaga.pl website. Also, the foundation team takes part in the run every year and its volunteers set up charity collections for our charges.
The partners of DOZ Marathon were e.g. Brain Stroke Foundation, SOS Children's Villages, Iskierka Foundation, Dom w Łodzi Foundation, Society of St. Brata Albert, the Association for People with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases "J-elita", the "Liver" Association, the "Wspólna Droga" Foundation, and the "We Empower Children" Foundation.

A well-known landmark on Grand Manan, this hotel in North Head dates back to the 19th century. Personally, I don't think this photo is "art"; it's just a nice picture of a quaint old place. However, I'm not going to argue about it!

I practice my panning technique each year I go watch the Boston Marathon. The runners get better, but I need a few more training sessions!
