Satsang means Meditation. This has nothing to do with reflecting on ideas and thoughts, but rather with remaining disidentified from your ideas, your beliefs and your thoughts. It means remaing in the Silence of your Natural State, at this present moment, being no longer tied to any idea, any thought, any feeling or any particular sensation.
