Being mindful means being aware of your thoughts, emotions, and how you're feeling (physically and mentally). ... It means being aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Remember there is no “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in any moment.
💖💖In advance I want to thank you all for your always kindness, support, beautiful awards favs, and messages. You all mean a lot to me, you all truly make Flickr a lovely place to be. Huge, huge hugs and lots of love to you all💖💖
I think it's a mixture of both, it's a wild horse from Dülmen and they're very shy. The horse must have been curious too, because I kept telling him always and always what a beauty it is. It was lucky to get so close to get a portrait of the pretty animal face.
Thanks wiki and thank you all for look at my photo!
Thank you for taking the time to visit, comment, fave or invite. I really appreciate them all.
Textured layers created using my photo as the input image in Dream by Wombo, duplicated and mirror-imaged and my photo of pink carnations overlaid and manipulated in Photoshop. The mannequin is from one of my own photos.

“Love encompasses so much, reaches so far, and heals so deeply, that any attempt to describe it, no matter how poetic, only dilutes it.”
― Steve Maraboli
I always strongly believed that choosing to surround yourself with light and positivity is how you live a happy life. This for me applies to the people I decide to bond with and once it's done I choose to keep close. Those two have been the best thing that happened to me in 2020 and since then they are responsible for the majority of my daily smiles and my general happiness. Strong shoulders to lean on, sensitive ears to confide in, mouths full of laughter and wisdom. True friends that make my heart beat faster by just sharing moments with them even though they love to bully me about goat cheese...
Oceane, Adam, thank you both for being present for me and shining such light every single day into that world of mine. I can't be thankful enough for your two.

That is what we are
No one in between
How can we be wrong
Sail away with me
To another world
And we rely on each other, ah ha
From one lover to another, ah ha

Eight little cupcakes are waiting to be served. Surely you are wondering where and which Éinsatzort it will be?
You can't eat them, you can't drill holes with them either, they are not nibbles that are always standing somewhere in the apartment and are a dust catcher ... they are! They are the perfect ear cleaners, cotton swabs are yesterday.
I wish you a start indie week, dear friends! Stay healthy and mindful, we are not on the safe side of life. Thank you very much for your visit, a comment and a star are welcome!

Sometimes you just need to get out into nature and breathe it in. I always feel so centred in nature.
This unusual picture is my tribute to Thich Nhat Hanh who passed away peacefully on 22nd January 2022.
Ringing the mindfulness bell is a simple way to become aware of the present moment.
During the retreats at the monastery in which I participated, a giant bell was struck randomly by a monk.
When the bell rings, each retreatant and monk stops doing what he is doing (even if you are at the toilet) and he is invited to become aware of what he is doing.
It's a simple way to reconnect with yourself and your inner peace..
Thanks Thay.
