SRO's Participate in GEMA Tourniquet Training Paulding County Sheriff's Office School Resource Officers participated in training to learn how to use field tourniquets. GEMA donated the tourniquets and also provided the training at the Paulding County School District central office. This will be invaluable training if the need ever arises. This is yet another instance where the Sheriff's Office and the School District have partnered together to make our schools safer for our children.
