Narikala Fortress sits on a rocky outcrop in the Tabori Range, high over Old Tbilisi and the Mtkvari River. It is the most known and ancient monument of Tbilisi. Local people call it “the heart and soul of the city”.

Churchkhela is a traditional Georgian cuisine candle-shaped candy. The main ingredients are grape must, nuts, and flour. Almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, and chocolate and sometimes raisins are threaded onto a string, dipped in thickened grape juice or fruit juices and dried in the shape of a sausage.
Khevsureti (Georgian: ხევსურეთი, a land of valleys) is a historical-ethnographic region in eastern Georgia. They are the branch of Kartvelian (Georgian) people located along both the northern (Pirikita khevsureti, Georgian: პირიქითა ხევსურეთი) and southern (Piraketa khevsureti, Georgian: პირაქეთა ხევსურეთი) slopes of the Great Caucasus Mountains.

It is a ruined 18th century Armenian church in the Avlabar district of Old Tbilisi, Georgia.
According to Armenian sources, on April 13, 1989, the church was "blown up" or "destroyed". Georgian officials deny that it was blown up, and ascribed its destruction to the intensity of an earthquake that had struck Tbilisi a day before.
