The fortunes of First Bus have seen quite a turn in recent years, where after a long period of retrenchment and disposals it has embarked upon multiple bouts of expansion via acquisition. By far the largest component of that is purchase of the former RATP Dev Transit London operation. It took First back into the Transport for London market after having exited it over a decade ago. Naturally, no livery change is required for vehicles that came with the deal, but First Bus fleet names now look to have been applied to all of that stock. Buses still carry RATP Dev Transit London numbers but all have First Bus national series numbers 'in the background'.
Here is seen BCE47150 (LG71 DXJ), a BYD ADL Enviro400EV battery-electric double-decker in Southgate working a 125 journey to Colindale. It is numbered 38540 within the First Bus scheme, according to the Bustimes site.

À la fin des années 1980, Citroën se rend compte que l’automobile peut devenir un problème en ville et, esprit d’innovation oblige, travaille activement à la recherche de solution. Une des réponses sera ce très intelligent et complet concept Citela présenté au pavillon français de Séville en 1992 pour l’exposition universelle. Complet car il répond aux questions de pollution avec sa motori-sation électrique, mais aussi aux spécificités de la circulation en ville comme son petit gabarit, ses roues jumelées à l’arrière pour un court rayon de braquage et une grande surface vitrée couvrant aussi le pavillon. La prise électrique se trouve derrière la plaque minéralogique. D’une longueur de 2,96 m et d’une largeur de 1,55 m pour 790 kg, son moteur électrique de 72 Volts lui permettait d’atteindre 110 km/h. Ce projet aboutira naturellement aux AX électriques. Dans l’esprit de cette vente, le modèle original est et restera conservé par Citroën Heritage. C’est donc la maquette de salon qui est proposée. Unique en son genre, elle représente exactement ce que ce concept innovant propose, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieure. Une occasion inespérée de posséder ce qu’imaginait Citroën en véhicule électrique, 25 ans avant l’essor de ce type de motorisation.

The BMW E1 was showcased at the 1991 International Motor Show : it was the first fully fledged car of more recent times that was originally designed to run solely on electric power. Developed as a prototype by BMW Technik GmbH, the E1 demonstrated that it was possible to build a fully dedicated electric car. It also served as an innovation platform and provided valuable insights for the further development of electromobility.

Ford is currently focusing on electric surges that will ultimately shape the identity of the American automaker as it establishes a larger footprint toward carbon neutrality. The planet needs it, the human race needs it, and the sentient beings we share land and waters with definitely require it. But who said you had to sacrifice capability needs when purchasing an emissions-free pickup truck? Well, that's why Ford infused the 2022 F-150 Lightning with electric current.

Dordrecht is one of the various Dutch cities where Ebusco battery-electric buses can be seen. 37 of these 2.2 models have been in service since 2019. They are equipped with opportunity charging capability, as can just about be seen via roof-mounted bars in the area above the front axle to take such high-power replenishment. Qbuzz operates these buses in a green and black livery - except for vehicle 6112, which has gained this orange-based scheme in support of the Dutch national football team in the 2024 European Championship. It is seen departing from Dordrecht Centraal Station here.
