A slow shutter speed captured the last rays of the sun as the waves crashed onto the shore.

Power in the blood is by Alabama 3 and is fin for this surging wave from last Thursday. I'm volunteering again this morning and hoping to start a fire so hope the squally showers aren't too bad.

The Wave was one of the most stunning pieces of art in Lux Helsinki 2025, but at the same time, unfortunately, one of the busiest. It was certainly enjoyable despite all the people, but I could have had it for myself only.

The waves at Hookipa on the north shore of Maui are powerful and I hoped to show the changing character of the waves as they advance and eventually break on the inner reef.

I recently went to Cape Disappointment to shoot the lighthouse with waves crashing below, but I've shot that several times before and decided to focus on just the waves instead
