it's my first time to attend the sinulog festival here in cebu. it's a very festive event, and there's no other way to experience it than to be there yourself. watching it on tv just won't compare to being there. you'll see smiles everywhere you look and everyone in the country participates in the parade. not even the brief rain in the afternoon can dampen everyone's happy mood.

My favourite beach for a walk, long and deserted apart from the occasional surfer.

Now that's a weirdly shaped breaking wave. Looks like a scallop shell
