Sometimes sunny, sometimes dull and always windy - this was Cromer on the Norfolk coast during our visit.
20+ knot winds made KAP difficult at best, but the wind across Kua Bay was steady enough to fly a Flowform 8 and lift my BBKK rig. At times, though, the rig was at risk of catching surf spray.
Number three in a series of wave abstracts.
I couldn't get a lot of height because of the high wind speed and the low line angle on my only high wind kite, my Flowform 8. So I spent time playing with the waves.

In the foreground a wave explodes over the slipway at Flatrock, Newfoundland and Labrador. In the background, more of the same in the outer part of the bay. It was a rough and grey Christmas day, but so spectacular. Topaz Adjust 4 Dramatic filter helped beat the weather.
Even without winds, the sea swells slam on to our rocky coastline making a symphony of sounds with some pretty good bass..
