Macro shot of a swan feather with the beautiful down tops waving to the mirror.
I placed it in the harsh light and this is the outcome !!
The blues of the world's oceans may vary in intensity. One thing they do have in common is their beauty, which may be magnified by the reflection of the sun and the movement of waves.
Waves really do something with my within
I never get tired of watching them
Feeling the power
Hearing the roar
Seeing the spray
Nature really rocks
And as I am making this photo ready for upload Mark says about us: "We are in a love wave, a tsunami of love"
And I was wondering if he actually was standing in my livingroom and saw that I was about to write about waves
To be so connected is such a thrill
He had no idea that his words suited my photo so well
And he is so true
This love we share is out of this world
Nobody can ever ruin this bond
"We left under moonlight
We went with the breeze
I bet on your blue eyes
You set for my green
We moved with the water
The tumble and sway
The slow dance gets harder
As level shorelines fade
So now I'm out drifting away
What can I say
You're barely listening, asleep in
The shade of tidal waves
Someone throw a lifeline
I don't want to drown
I can't hold you closer without just sinking down
Once I'm safe from the deep you're the waves at my feet that just keep pulling me out
By the power of the moonlight, when the tide comes around..."
This Porthcawl Lighthouse scene is a bit "soft focus" not anything intentional on my part, just a wet lens from sea spray.
While watching the waves, for a moment I thought I'm somewhere else and the time is different.
I had to get away from the everyday rush and clear my mind. I found my peace here, at the shore of Lake Ontario. The weather wasn't good. It was windy and cloudy, but it didn't matter ...
I didn't realise until I got home, and looked at my photos, that I had taken this kangaroo on the rocks!
I have cropped the photo of course!

Aberystwyth is a small sea-side resort in the county of Ceredigion on the west coast of Wales.
Although a thriving sea-side town in the summer, the historic town of Aberystwyth is better known as a university town and the centre of learning for Wales, as it is also home to the National Library of Wales and boasts the largest Arts Centre in Wales.
Wave after wave
Will flow with the tide
And bury the world as it does
Tide after tide
Will flow and recede
Leaving life to go on
As it was......
