Somewhere in the Western Fjords of Iceland.....It was evening and everyone else was hanging out after dinner. Being naturally anti-social, I went out in the rain for an evening hike up a creek. Well worth the trip.
Taken with my trusty Hasselblad with some lens...maybe an 80 with Acros film printed on ilford MGWT with selenium toning

One year for Christmas we gave my Dad a record player. They started making reproductions - I guess other people like my Dad still had albums and the original players had all been ttossed out. He enjoyed listening to some old 78's of my Mom playing piano. Since then we've inherited the player and my daughter has gotten a kick out of listening to some records from when I was a kid. Tonight...it was Neil Young ..scartches and all and I throughly enjoyed it!
White Window
This white window really stood out in the bright sun on the side of an abandoned farm house in Ten Mile, TN. Sunny days aren't my favorite conditions for photography, but in this case I think the extra contrast adds to the photograph.

I am slowly working on a analog darkroom series of photos relating to tea, gardens, and cafes.
This is a bit challenging because it isn't always easy or possible to set up a large camera at a cafe without getting on other peoples' nerves.
Gardens are a bit easier, as in this photo. This is the first image in the series, and I am in love with it because I love tea and the accoutrements that go along with it.

8x10 camera on Ilford Delta 100 film, printed on Ilford warmtone fiber paper. Toned in selenium 1:3 for 3 minutes 40 seconds.
FKD plate camera. Ilford Glass plate neg [5x4]. Contact print onto Ilford grade 2 galerie. Ilford Warmtone developer.
Silver gelatin paper negative process. Vintage Canon Q17 Expired unknown paper (very dirty) Developed in Ilford Warmtone.. Scanned and kissed gently in Nik Efex.

Backyard grasses on an Ilford Multigrade FB warmtone paper then exposed in the sun for around four hours. A scanned photo before before fixing.
I put some little prints I'd made up on etsy . Most of these images are on my old photostream, but looking at them today as I scanned, I'm still very happy with them. This is a print scan, btw.
