Thank you for the inspiration!
As the sun slipped below the horizon, the entire field seemed to glow with its own light. Dawn's flowing sundress and the warm breeze completed a moment that felt timeless—one of those rare evenings when everything comes together perfectly.
Captured during the magic of golden hour, this portrait celebrates the beauty of summer, warm light, and the quiet elegance found in nature.

I haven’t had any time for alt-photo play lately, but I’ve been wanting to make a spring lumen and finally got around to it.
The old Ilford MGFB paper I have sure makes some nice negatives and inversions.
I scanned the negative with both my Epson Scanner and Cannon Camera and found the results I got with the Cannon better than the flatbed scan.

30/52 (This project is going too fast!)
So I went back to university this week. I'm in my second year and to be honest, not that excited to be back. I've been showing Christian around and getting things organised so it's been pretty okay so far. I would just rather be running around the park shooting and spending time with family and friends. Guess I had three months to do that, haha. I'm working all weekend including tomorrow which sucksss but I'm going to a play tomorrow night which I'm looking forward to.
Yesterday I tried a concept I came up with last week but it didn't go too well so I went back today, took a few props and came up with something on the spot. I haven't shot at golden hour for a long time and today I remember how pretty it is and how much I've missed it! I took some simple portraits which may appear on my blog sometime in the future. For now this is my creation for this week - I hope you like it, it's a little different from some of my recent work but I thought my stream needed some vibrant colours.
I wanted to include that last night I saw "Driving Miss Daisy" at the theatre and absolutely loved it. I'm a big fan of Angela Lansbury and have fortunately seen her in another play before. She is phenomenal. James Earl Jones was amazing too :D
P.S. I included a BTS shot from yesterday's shoot. Hehe.

Charles M. Schulz quote.
