I use the Moleskine Pocket diary since 2001. These are all from 2001-2013. 2014 is in use, but it isn't understatement to say that the quality of the the Moleskine's paper is nothing short of catastrophic.

It hasn't been good in any time, but for me it's such a serious fall off in quality that I won't use the Moleskine in the following years in all probability.

Art journaling about Faith & Trust.

„Es kommt der Tag, da will die Säge sägen“. Sabine hatte ihr Hausfrauendasein so satt., inklusive der ganzen fröhlich-bunten Tchibo- und Tupper-Haushaltsartikel. Mit der Kettensäge kam endlich Leben in die Bude.

My pastel pencils that I don't use very often... actually I don't use them at all

A wonderful gift from my colleague. Love it! I received it at work, but I had to try it out immediately. So I bought some sysringes in the stock of the company where I work and filled some ink in my cartridge pen. ;-)

Pupito and Tititi on Pupito's Diary :

The Great Invocation

From the point of Light within the Mind of God

Let light stream forth into the minds of men.

Let Light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within the Heart of God

Let love stream forth into the hearts of men.

May Christ return to Earth.

From the centre where the Will of God is known

Let purpose guide the little wills of men –

The purpose which the Masters know and serve.

From the centre which we call the race of men

Let the Plan of Love and Light work out

And may it seal the door where evil dwells.

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.

At the moment the german government is leading discussions about religios circumcisions. In germany we have religious freedom, but on the other hand we have a consitution which ensures the physical integrity for everybody. That's why I cannot understand the discussion. Even dogs are protected by our animal protection act against ear cropping and tail docking.

So in my mind it wouldn't be allowed to circumcise little boys little tails ;-).

Recently I learned that my alarm clock is programmable for two wake-up times. Nothing against learning, but accidently I must have set the alarm clock for both times, so it rung the first time at midnight. After starting the coffee brewer I felt that something's wrong. I got between the blankets and woke up again at 5'o clock (my usual wake-up time). Didn't really remember that I got up at midnight. I only remembered that the coffe must be ready. But when I took the first coffee I remembered. The coffee was lukewarm. Ugh!

Done after a visit to the beach. I was struck by the contrast of toursits spending money left and right and all the business now gone.

A friend gave me a huge suitcase with stamps!

these are from a eucalyptus - don't know which one.

My resolutions (not especially for 2011)

- To be more kindly with my mirror image

- Learn to draw from real life

- Sleep more

- Be more impatient

27 november 2006

she waits at the back door for her feet to be wiped.

she knows how to fetch the dog dishes from the backyard. (see it live!)

she knows how to get me a roll of toilet paper when i'm stuck on the toilet and have found myself down to the last square.

she knows how to take things to the recycle bin and actually put them in.

she'll even take direction in depositing her finished bones into the trash after dinner.

she knows how to get me a towel when i need one ... or the remote control, or a sweater or anything else that happens to be lying on the floor.

and lately, she's been impressing the socks off anyone who sees us in the ball field and school yard during our daily training/play sessions. for three days in a row now i've been approached by people who were amazed at her training....i've been asked if we "do shows", although i still don't quite know what that guy meant. she impressed another father so much that he promised his son that, yes, they would get a dog one day.

and today the jaw of a mother with her three kids dropped as she stopped and watched us. when i came back to the play area to deposit matea's poop bag in the trash, the woman begged me to let her sons pet her ... then proceeded to rave about how great matea was while we stood and watched her two preschooler boys take turns throwing matea's ball for her for over a half hour.

matea loves kids and took to the boys quickly ... barking at them as she waited for them to throw the ball, and ending the long session with a good roll on the grass next to the two boys imitating her.

if only she was this good with other dogs.... :(

still, she's an amazing dog. i tend to forget how amazing she really is and take a lot of the training we have done together for granted. it's encouraging when we can impress other people, and certainly motivates me to get her out there and have fun.

so there...
