Working through "stuff." There is a story behind this page. I was watching Glee the other day and saw an episode where everyone was confronting things they were ashamed of or embarrassed by. This is Emma who admited that she is ashamed of her OCD. Dealing with my own shame....

This morning I woke up feeling great--the sun was shining--and it made me realize how much my mood is dependent on the weather. I decided to start my day by doing one of my favorite things--working in my journal.
