9 in x 12 in Strathmore Visual Journal 90lbs CP watercolor paper, Gesso, Sharpie Poster Paints,Gel Pens, Daniel Smith Watercolors, Primacolor pens, Inktense watercolor pencils

Something a little out of my usual style. I had just purchased some Inktense pencils and was experimenting.

Done with leftover paints from other pages and some new ephemera goodies gotten in a stash. Other than the paint, it was all done in the car.

This is a journal page I did tonight. I'm doing another 30 days of get your art on, and this is day 3.

While working in my art journal, I tried 2 pogo print emulsion transfers. I wasn't able to get the blue layer to lift after soaking for 1 hour, so I put the print back in to see if soaking it longer would work. It didn't. I decided after I tried the 2nd time to get the blue off, just to use it for collage. I wonder how other people are able to get the blue layer off?

Planning calander for July 2005.

I finally got around to journaling the pages that I tore, etc... for the Decorated Page Workshop. I used a foam stamp set that I really haven't used much. I think over half these stamps I hadn't even tried out. Don't know why. I really like them now that I've used them.

My colleague gave me billions of calories - Lindt easter eggs! So cute!

On good friday we've been at the NDR Talkshow with Barbara Schöneberger and Hubertus Meyer-Burckhardt. It was great to see live!

Unfinished.

I doodled on the page with a Faber Castell Pitt Pen, and I didn't let it dry, and then it smeared when I spread gesso over it! But I'll fix it somehow.
