I Shared a layby with these beauties at a viewpoint on the north coast of Scotland.

One of the most picturesque views of the Scottish highlands can be had from the Assynt viewpoint on A894 north of Unapool, with a panoramic view of the Assynt mountains and the Loch Gleann Dubh and Loch a Chairn Bhain. Its remoteness reminded me of parts of British Columbia.

With all of the people crowding the regular viewpoint, it was nice to find a break in trees along the path to view and frame Lower Yellowstone Falls.

Low Fell's summit seems to confuse the guidebooks, this isn't the cairn at 412m that the FRCC says is a good viewpoint - this cairn is slightly further south and lower but the sudden drop beyond helps photographs somewhat
