A beautiful day to be by the coast. This a wide. angle shot of (what I call) the nape of Dinas. As the presell mountains meet the sea here in Pembrokeshire
Vantage point on St Kitts looking vaugley south, with the Atlantic Ocean to the left & the Caribbean Sea to the right.
End of July, finest of summer weather plus lush vegetation, at a nice viewpoint. It's higher up than it looks. There are some proper cliffs around to be avoided as well.
Some years ago a storm flattened parts of the forest there, so they cleared it out. Without that, there would be no view there whatsoever and some years have past since, so there won't be any view soon, again.
This is a mercator projection, originally consisting of 30 individual photos, worked to 8120 x 6206px ~50,4MP. There are a number of interesting crops in this panorama still, as you perhaps can guess, so I had a hard time selecting one.
I'll probably follow up with a narrower b&w crop eventually, or not :)

There was something to see no matter which way you looked as we cruised south along the Antarctic Peninsula.
I'm not sure who the women is but she made a nice foreground element in this story-telling image ;-)
