I've made enough today to last me till Thursday night - it has carrots, green beans, red & white onions, cabbage, mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili sauce.
Who said guys don't know how to cook?!

This exhibit is divided by a wall into two halves. One half is a formal vegetable garden and Head Gardener's office from 1913, and the other half is an urban plot that has been turned into a garden to produce edible crops. The two halves of the display offer a complete contrast to show visitors, reflecting 100 years of change since the start of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

I had never been to Rainbow. (SHOCKING) Our resolution includes eating MUCH differently at our house, so I took a friend for courage and went on a mission to get all kinds of stuff I had never heard of. (!!!) Rainbow even has a mission statement! they are closed for Gay Pride day and Cesar Chavez day. (among others) You could get mowed down by a berkinstock wearing cruncher pushing pallets of wheat grass to the cash register.

Its October and that means pumpkin season!
Today I had to find a pumpkin to carve for an event tomorrow. Pumpkins are delicious as well as good for making Jack'o'Lanterns.
My pumpkin came from Bobbin Bros Farm Shop in Swardeston. They were kind enough to let me take some photos on their delightful farm shop, which sells some amazing goodies.

Lest you think we only celebrate breakfast foods, we also love veggies! This mosaic concrete bench is a smorgasbord of tomatoes, carrots, eggplant and onions. It is a very happy bench!
