Ag Expo 2013, July 16-18 at Michigan State University (MSU) featured many educational opportunities for visitors. The two-day event held demonstrations on topics from nearly every area of food, fiber, and fuel production as well as hosted to over 250 commercial exhibitors, showcasing products and services that range from machinery, livestock handling equipment, and nutrition supplies to toy tractors and insurance options.
Baked at 550 degrees convection for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. I don't use a clock. I check the crust for desired browning on the bottom and top.

I have been getting lots of tomatoes, some small, some big, but they are all yummy. Everyday its a tomato sandwich!!
