See in Dallas for the City Art Festival this past weekend. THis van is covered in brass pieces (5000) and $15,000 in coins. This art car project was started by Ernie Steingold and is now owned and driven by Hunter Mann. It weighs 10,000 pounds and is street legal. Amazing:)

Seen in a local shopping centre. A lovely way to display the sweets - but I've never seen anyone use these machines.

Thanks to a Heritage Lottery Fund grant of £6.3 million Van Dyck’s last self-portrait has been saved for the nation and acquired by the National Portrait Gallery.
The grant follows a public appeal in which over 10,000 people made individual donations, and makes it one of the most successful campaigns for a work of art in the last hundred years.
