330-CFD-DN-SC-04-08801: An F-18C Hornet from Strike Fighter Squadron 147 (VFA-147) "Argonauts," Naval Air Station (NAS) Lemoore, California passes over the carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68), ported at North Island, California, its assigned ship. The Hornet is armed with an AIM-9 Sidewinder and AGM-65 Mavericks. Exact date photo taken unknown, 9/16/1996. (OPA-NARA II-8/19/2015).
