Upon first glance this guy looked like unknown epiphyte #3. However, under the microscope the filament chains look different, the cells are a lot more narrow. It also tends to coat D. antarctica rather than grow in distinct and centralized tufts. This is the guy that is heavily fouling those underwater pictures I have put up.
