Melt the end of the glue stick with a lighter and then press it against the eyechip. Hold it there for a bit, then wait a few minutes for the glue to cool. If it's not stiff enough some glue will stick to the eyechip and the chip will still be in place. If the eyechips won't come out you will need to soak the eyes longer in soapy water.
