Playing around with this sketch tutorial. ClaraDon turned me onto a twist. In the last step, instead of Gaussian blur, choose filter, other, minimum with a radius of 1 or 2. OK, following so far? Here is my twist.......create an image with Don's twist and then make one following the tutorial. Put the "tutorial version" on top in the layer palette and choose layer style "multiply". This is how this image was created, by using two techniques together. Have Fun!

8a. Make the top, "New Layer#3" visible again.
8b. The drop shadow in "New Layer#2" probably needs adjusting so click on that layer in the layer dialog. At the top, change the Mode setting to either Multiply or Burn, and lower the opacity with the sliding bar to somewhere between 80-86.
Look at the picture to see how your layers dialog should look. It shows the order your layers should be in, the mode and opacity of "New Layer#2", and what the result image should look like.

The tissue cover on the left I followed the tutorial at www.skiptomylou.org/2008/09/02/3383/ and the cover at the right I got at www.craftandfabriclinks.com/covers/small_tissue_cover.html.
The one on the left uses more fabric and is more structured and neat but harder to get the tissues in there whereas the on on the right is simplier but easy enough for a child to load with a pocket pack of tissues.

Yo aplico la goma con una pequeña espátula, y solo es necesario hacerlo por arriba, porque la goma las cubrirá también por abajo. También se puede aplicar la goma con un palillo, una aguja, cualquier cosa que no sea ancha y permita llegar a esa zona. Cuidar que la goma no cubra más que las pestañas
