When I shot this my friends were like "where did Anna go?" cause I just stopped.

I'm working... trying to earn some money so I can go to the US next summer.

My work is kinda frustrating so I need some breaks... I'm building websites but right now, nothing works...

A group of young Birch trees slowly covering a Welsh coal tip.

I was driving around trying to find some good autumn colours - more on a exploration for when the light was better than a photo shoot. Saw this tree and was just taking a snap - then the pheasant flew up. It made a fairly standard autumn photo it to an interesting image I think.

down the end of the garden at Les Touches, an old cider farm that is now a lovely B&B.

Under a crescent moon. From a June trip to Joshua tree national park.

Lonely old, rotten tree on Lucavsala island in Riga, Latvia

At one of our farm stays, I was able to walk in the fields. This was near Reykholt. One of the few trees...

I love gnarly old trees.

To me, this was amazing, it is the first time that I had ever seen a flower tree grow this way. It is awesome! Shot the picture in Palo Alto at a botanical garden.

Upside down or is it?

An old Oak tree, on the Castle Howard estate in North Yorkshire.

Bit of a storm/rain clouds blowing in, this is a three shot HDR image of the famous lone tree at Malham.

I have a lot of images to work on but little time at the moment. I was away in Nottinghham last weekend when I wondered through the hotel grounds and happend upon this wonderful tree in the morning mist. It reminded me of a Japanese print, hence the title. Yama-No-Kam is the Goddess of the hunt. Goddess of the forest. Goddess of agriculture. Goddess of vegetation.

This is a contrast to my usual city and man made shots. Its good to step out of the usual normal practice mode!

Our bike show was taking place today in England, these were the sponsors of the show, so I wore the t-shirt to show support for the club. I wasn't there physically but I was there spiritually.

A return to one of my favorite subjects, this time with a game between the light, the shadows and the olive tree.

Taken in a local park in Liverpool 15 March 2021 Canon EOS 7D Canon F2.8 300mm L lens +1.4 converter F6.3 640th ISO 320.

Very interesting horizontal branching structure. Should be paired with some other horizontal formed tree or structure to be effective.

One of the hardest things about photographing the Redwoods is giving a sense of scale to these magnificent trees.

As we were hiking along the Founder's Tree Loop Trial, this couple came up behind us and stopped to allow me to take a photo. I told them that they could go ahead knowing that they would be a great addition to the image. When you compare them to the size of the trees and the root ball, you get a good appreciation of the size of these trees.

Location: Founder's Tree Loop, Rockefeller Forest, Avenue of the Giants.

I can think of no other place (in the world) that offers as much drama and interest as Dinorwic slate quarry. It probably missed it's opportunity to be declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site as so much of it is becoming dangerous and inaccessible to the general public.

This tree is naturally pale and sits near the bottom of the biggest and deepest hole in Dinorwic quarry
