Después de unas semanas sin subir nada vuelvo a la carga con una fotografía de una bonita mañana de nieblas por este hayedo que no tardando mucho tocara volver a visitar.
I saw these trees when I was walking through the park with my dog. I loved the light and the colour. More recently, the trees have been damaged in storms and drastically pollarded. Better for them, but it'll be a while before this green canopy exists again.
This tree is located along The Rivers Trail, a network of walking paths on the banks of the North and South Thompson Rivers. It was kind of a surprising thing to find this carving as it must have involved several hours work and it's doubtful that it was sanctioned by the city. I do love it but I just hope it hasn't harmed the tree.
