Esta imagen representa una idea profundamente simbólica sobre la paz en el mundo. A Calle de la Estafeta, no coração histórico de Pamplona, é um emblemático cenário das festas de San Fermín, onde, todos os anos em julho, se realizam as famosas corridas de touros, conhecidas como "encierro". Esta tradição, com raízes no século XIV e eternizada por Ernest Hemingway, transforma a rua num vibrante corredor de adrenalina. Fora do período festivo, a Estafeta mantém-se viva, como uma via pedonal repleta de lojas, bares de pintxos e restaurantes, frequentados tanto por locais como por turistas. A arquitetura tradicional, com varandas de ferro forjado, e o pavimento em pedra refletem a rica história da rua, que foi um importante ponto de correios no século XVIII, perpetuando o nome "Estafeta". Além disso, a rua é uma paragem significativa no Caminho de Santiago, acolhendo peregrinos que a atravessam, vindo pela Puente de la Magdalena, e se misturam com o ambiente festivo que a caracteriza durante o verão. Assim, a Calle de la Estafeta representa a intersecção entre tradição, comércio e turismo em Pamplona.

La humedad de la niebla aviva los colores y realza los contrastes en los elementos del primer plano, lo que, junto a la brumosa atmósfera que procura, con ese bello "sfumato" natural que difumina progresivamente las formas en profundidad, hace a la niebla un elemento en verdad atractivo que transforma totalmente la percepción que obtenemos incluso de los lugares que más cotidianos y familiares nos resultan, como este rincón del Parque Lineal de Albacete, por el que paso casi todos los días, resulta para mí, dotándolos de una más atractiva y evocadora apariencia.

The misty atmosphere originated by the fog also gives that beautiful natural "sfumato" that progressively blurs and softens the forms in depth. All this means that the fog is a very attractive atmospheric phenomenon that totally changes our perception even of the most daily and familiar places, as this corner of the Linear Park of Albacete (Spain), where I pass by almost every day, is for me, providing them with a more evocative and suggestive appearance.

Doña Sancha, hermana de Alfonso VII y señora de Urueña, transforma la iglesia en un bello monumento románico de los siglos XI y XII.
Estamos ante uno de los pocos ejemplos que existen del arte románico lombardo en esta zona, muy predominante en los Pirineos, y escaso en Castilla y León, se supone que su presencia es debido a las relaciones del conde Pedro Ansúrez con Armengol V, conde de Urgel, por el casamiento de su hija María Pérez Ansúrez.
Tiene tres tramos y cabecera tripartita en estilo románico lombardo con arquillos y muros de sillarejo. Añadidos de otros estilos en épocas posteriores para construir otras dependencias, rompen la línea original del conjunto.

Doña Sancha, sister of Alfonso VII and Lady of Urueña, she transforms the church into a beautiful Romanesque monument of the eleventh and twelfth centuries.
This is one of the few existing examples of Lombard Romanesque art in this area, very predominant in the Pyrenees, and rare in Castilla and Leon, it is assumed that their presence is due to the relationship of the count Pedro Ansúrez with Armengol V, Count of Urgel, for the marriage of his daughter Maria Perez Ansúrez.
It has three sections and tripartite header in Lombard Romanesque style with arches and ashlar walls. Other styles added in later periods to build other facilities, the original line breaks in the set.

Ushuaia es la ciudad del clima cambiante, alguien alguna vez me dijo que allí uno puede experimentar las 4 estaciones en un mismo día... Y cambiante como el clima es la luz, que de un momento a otro se transforma cambiando drasticamente los paisajes delante de nuestros ojos. Esta foto de la ciudad, tomada al atardecer desde el aire, es un testimonio de esos cambios ya que en 5 minutos pasamos de volar en medio de la tormenta a presenciar este hermoso atardecer.
ENGLISH CAPTION: "Ushuaia" Ushuaia is the city of the ever changing weather, someone once told me that you can experience the four seasons during the same day... And as variable as the climate is the light, which in any second may change drastically the look of any particular landscape. This photo of the city, taken at sunset from the air, is a proof of these changes, as in less than five minutes we flew from a heavy storm into this beautiful sunset.

En la noche
Into the night
Realizar fotografias nocturnas con luna llena es una de las cosas más divertidas que un fotógrafo de paisajes puede hacer. Es totalmente recomendable, el lugar que se transforma por completo y cada vez que sale la foto resultante en la pantalla es toda una sorpresa.
Esta vez volví a mi sitio preferido. La última vez que estuve la ausencia de nubes me dejo con ganas de volver. Componer no es fácil en casi la oscuridad pero intente que la sucesion de piedras y rocas nos llevaran hacia el fondo con esa roca tan espectacular, esta vez acompañada del cielo que se merece.
Un par de consejos para el que vaya a iniciarse en este tipo de fotografía; controlar vostros el WB y no lo dejeis en automático (normalmente conviene situarlo en tonos más frios aunque depende del gusto) y utilizar la hiperfocal para enfocar la manual (o utilizar otro tipo de trucos pero recordar que no va a enfocar en autómatico. Unido a esto último recordar que teneis que utilizar diafragmas muy abiertos asi que maximizar la profundidad de campo (vamos, que ni se os ocurra enfocar a F5 la primera roca del encuadre...).
Proximamente os enseñare alguna foto más de esta sesión que creo que merece la pena.

En el corazón de una catedral herida por el tiempo, una figura de hueso, metal y silencio toca un órgano antiguo como si despertara la memoria de las piedras. Todo parece suspendido entre lo sagrado y lo sombrío: rostros dormidos en los muros, alas oscuras vigilando desde las alturas, y una música invisible que transforma la ruina en ceremonia.
In the heart of a cathedral wounded by time, a figure of bone, metal, and silence plays an ancient organ as if awakening the memory of the stones. Everything feels suspended between the sacred and the shadowy: sleeping faces in the walls, dark wings watching from above, and an invisible music that turns ruin into ritual.
El concepto artístico de "La organista de las ruinas sagradas" se asienta profundamente en una estética que fusiona lo monumental con lo oscuro, evocando un estilo de barroco ciberpunk o gótico biomecánico. Visualmente, la obra no solo narra una historia, sino que construye un ecosistema donde lo orgánico y lo inorgánico son indistinguibles.
Los pilares visuales que sostienen esta obra se componen de:
Arquitectura de piedra monumental y orgánica: Las estructuras superan la idea de simples muros o ruinas. Presentan texturas hiperdetalladas, casi como complejos patrones fractales, donde la piedra parece haber crecido o mutado de forma natural. La integración de rostros durmientes en la misma roca y el fluir de caídas de agua al fondo le otorgan a la arquitectura una cualidad viva y latente.
Hibridación de materiales: El núcleo del diseño de personajes y entornos radica en la mezcla de hueso, metal y piedra. Esta amalgama difumina los límites entre la maquinaria antigua, la reliquia religiosa y el esqueleto biológico, creando una tensión visual que es a la vez solemne y perturbadora.
Atmósfera de claroscuro: La iluminación juega un papel crucial, utilizando luces espectrales y brumosas que se filtran a través de la vasta escala de las ruinas. Este contraste resalta los detalles intrincados de los pilares y las formaciones similares a alas, envolviendo la escena en un tono de reverencia ceremonial y misterio sombrío.
En conjunto, la dirección de arte transforma el deterioro y el abandono en una exploración poética de la textura y la escala, creando un paisaje visual que invita a contemplar la belleza en la decadencia.
The artistic concept behind "The Organist of the Sacred Ruins" is deeply rooted in an aesthetic that fuses the monumental with the dark, evoking a style akin to cyberpunk baroque or biomechanical gothic. Visually, the work does more than tell a story; it constructs an ecosystem where the organic and the inorganic are indistinguishable.
The visual pillars supporting this work consist of:
Monumental, organic stone architecture: The structures transcend the notion of mere walls or ruins. They feature hyper-detailed textures—resembling complex fractal patterns—where the stone appears to have grown or mutated naturally. The integration of slumbering faces within the rock itself and the flow of waterfalls in the background imbue the architecture with a living, latent quality.
Material hybridization: The core of the character and environmental design lies in the blending of bone, metal, and stone. This amalgamation blurs the boundaries between ancient machinery, religious relics, and biological skeletons, creating a visual tension that is simultaneously solemn and unsettling.
Chiaroscuro atmosphere: Lighting plays a crucial role, employing spectral, misty beams that filter through the vast scale of the ruins. This contrast highlights the intricate details of the pillars and wing-like formations, enveloping the scene in an air of ceremonial reverence and somber mystery.
Collectively, the art direction transforms decay and abandonment into a poetic exploration of texture and scale, creating a visual landscape that invites the viewer to contemplate the beauty found in decadence.
Roda de água tradicional em madeira instalada na margem da Ribeira da Sertã, integrada num antigo complexo de moagem e engenho hidráulico de tipo lagar de varas, testemunhando métodos históricos de aproveitamento da energia da água na Beira Baixa. Assente num eixo que transforma o movimento da corrente em energia mecânica, esta roda acionava moinhos e dispositivos de trituração, seguindo o princípio das rodas hidráulicas que, desde a Idade Média, servem para moer cereais, serrar madeira ou bombear água para rega. Inserida na zona central da vila da Sertã, nas imediações da Alameda da Carvalha, beneficia do açude que regula o caudal e garante a queda de água necessária ao funcionamento contínuo da roda, articulando infraestruturas hidráulicas com a paisagem urbana e de lazer. A presença desta estrutura, hoje de valor patrimonial, ilustra a importância dos engenhos de água nas economias locais, na organização dos tempos de trabalho agrícola e na construção de uma cultura técnica baseada em saberes artesanais de carpintaria e hidráulica.
A traditional wooden waterwheel installed on the banks of the Ribeira da Sertã, part of an old milling complex and a rod-type hydraulic mill, bearing witness to historical methods of harnessing water power in Beira Baixa. Mounted on an axle that converts the movement of the current into mechanical energy, this wheel powered mills and grinding devices, following the principle of waterwheels that, since the Middle Ages, have been used to grind grain, saw wood, or pump water for irrigation. Located in the central area of the town of Sertã, near Alameda da Carvalha, it benefits from a weir that regulates the flow and ensures the necessary water head for the wheel’s continuous operation, integrating hydraulic infrastructure with the urban and recreational landscape. The presence of this structure, now recognized as a heritage site, illustrates the importance of water-powered mills in local economies, in the organization of agricultural work schedules, and in the development of a technical culture based on artisanal knowledge of carpentry and hydraulics.
Dans la mythologie, le paon était l'animal préféré de la déesse grecque Héra (Junon chez les Romains).
D'après la mythologie grecque, les « yeux » visibles sur la queue du paon y furent placés par Héra pour commémorer son fidèle gardien, Argos, qui avait cent yeux (Ovide I, 625). Selon la légende, Argos fut engagé par Héra, jalouse de Io, une des nymphes courtisées par son époux Zeus (Jupiter), qu'elle soupçonnait d'adultère. Elle transforma la jeune femme en génisse et confia sa garde au géant pour espionner son époux. Argos possédait cent yeux et en gardait cinquante ouverts qui veillaient en permanence tandis que les cinquante autres dormaient, de sorte qu'il était impossible de tromper sa vigilance. The peacock is mentioned in Greek mythology. It was the bird of Hera, queen of the Gods. One myth told of Argus, Hera's hundred eyed giant whose job it was to spy on Zeus and discover his trysting places. When he discovered Zeus with the maiden Io, Zeus changed Io into a cow to escape Hera's wrath. Hera saw through the disguise and requested the cow as a gift, and Zeus could not refuse her. She entrusted Argus to watch Io day and night so she could not be changed back to her true form. Zeus then sent Hermes, messenger of the gods and god of thieves and trickery, to recover Io. Knowing that he could not escape detection from Argus' 100 eyes, Hermes began to play sleepy tunes on his flute and one by one Argus' eyes closed and he fell asleep. Hermes then cut off his head. When Hera found Argus, she removed his one-hundred eyes and placed them on the tail of her favorite bird, the peacock.

Em São Paulo,mesmo, precisando de recuperação total,o Cemitério da Consolação, em obras de arte, riqueza e beleza se iguala aos mais famosos do mundo:La Recoleta em Buenos Aires,o de Père Lachaise,em Paris, o de Santiago do Chile, e o de Guayaquil, no Equador.
Para concorrer com eles, atraindo turistas, pesquisadores e estudiosos, a Consolação precisa de obras urgentes, como câmeras de segurança prometida pela Prefeitura há muitos anos, (e, não há nenhuma!), presença efetiva e constante da GCM-Guarda Civil Metropolitana (você encontrou nessa foto, algum policiamento?).
Uma limpeza geral, inclusive retirando o excesso de vegetação, restaurar o monumental "Pórtico de Entrada", e outros portões, consertar vários jazigos,colocar iluminação geral e cênica, proteção elétrica ativa ,altear muros, e contratar guias especiais. Todos brasileiros,principalmente, políticos, administradores públicos, funcionários, empresas, devem trabalhar para o Cemitério da Consolação merecer, o honroso reconhecimento dado pela UNESCO de "Patrimônio Cultural da Humanidade". Quem conseguir realizar isso, passará à História !

In the São Paulo city,same, needing total recovery,the Cemetery of the Consolation, in works of art, wealth and beauty is equaled to the most famous of the world:La Recoleta in the Buenos Aires city, of Père Lachaise,in the Paris city, the one in Santiago of Chile, and the one of Guayaquil, in Ecuador.
To compete with them, attracting tourists, researchers and studious, does the Consolation need urgent works, how cameras of promised safety for the City hall there are many years, (and, no there is any!), does presence execute and constant of the Metropolitan Civil GCM-guard (did you find in that picture, some policing?).
A general cleaning, besides removing the vegetation excess, to restore the monumental "Porch of Entrance", and other gates, to repair several graves, to install general and scenic illumination, protection electric active, to raise walls, and to hire special guides. The all the Brazilians, mainly, to the authorities, political, public administrators, employees, companies, they should work to the Cemetery of the Consolation to deserve, the honorable recognition given by UNESCO of "Cultural Patrimony of the Humanity." Who gets to accomplish that, it will pass to the History!

Le nom de la ville provient du celte dunum signifiant colline fortifiée ou château fort. L'emplacement actuel de la ville était déjà habité vers 2500 av. J.-C. Les Zähringen s'y installèrent en 1152. Berthold V de Zähringen transforma la citadelle en château.
Elle fut plus tard vendue à Berne et devint résidence des baillis.
Le 1er janvier 1913, la commune a absorbé Goldiwil. Le1er janvier 1920, c'est Strättligen qui s'est fait absorber. S'étendant sur plus de 6 km2, la Place d'armes de Thoune est la plus ancienne et la plus importante place d'armes fédérale de l'Armée suisse. Près d'un sixième des places de travail de la ville se trouve sur la base avec notamment Armasuisse et RUAG Land System. La place d'armes remonte à la création de l'école militaire centrale fédérale en 1819. Le général Guillaume-Henri Dufour se chargea de l'éducation militaire de Napoléon III à Thoune et en fit un capitaine d'artillerie bernois. La caserne de la troupe I, inaugurée en 1864, est inscrite à l'inventaire suisse des biens culturels d'importance nationale et régionale. La commune compte 44 125 habitants au 31 décembre 2024.
The city's name derives from the Celtic *dunum*, meaning "fortified hill" or "fortified castle." The site of the present-day city was already inhabited around 2500 BC. The Zähringen family settled there in 1152, and Berthold V of Zähringen transformed the citadel into a castle.
It was later sold to Bern and became the residence of the bailiffs.
On January 1, 1913, the municipality absorbed Goldiwil. On January 1, 1920, Strättligen was absorbed. Spanning more than 6 km², the Thun military training area is the oldest and largest federal training ground of the Swiss Armed Forces. Nearly one-sixth of the city's jobs are located at the base, notably with Armasuisse and RUAG Land Systems.
