A veces los ojos se llenan de luz y color, nuestra mirada queda atrapada y el tiempo se suspende. Aunque conozca la explicación, aunque lo haya visto en muchas ocasiones, siempre me sorprende como va progresando, se transforma y se desvanece el color del cielo al atardecer.

El atardecer transforma la playa en un escenario de contrastes. La arena conserva las huellas de quienes caminaron hacia el mar, mientras unas pequeñas figuras disfrutan de las últimas olas del día.

The sunset transforms the beach into a scene of contrasts. The sand preserves the footprints of those who walked toward the sea, while a few distant figures enjoy the day's final waves.
Above them, an immense sky unfolds clouds in whimsical shapes, painted in deep blues and soft grays, while a golden band announces the sun's farewell.
A scene where the vastness of nature reminds us how small we are, and where every footprint seems to tell a story that the next tide will carry away.

Diariamente distintas mariposas se disputan las flores para libar. Los continuos aleteos y cambios de vara no ponen fácil la tarea de captarlas adecuadamente, pero alguna que otra se consigue y cuando eso sucede lo azaroso se transforma en satisfactorio por la complacencia de la aventura compartida en su ambiente natural. Entre las muchas visitas también estaba la siempre admirada macaon, y en uno de sus vuelos le arrebaté este plano.

Una figura majestuosa emerge como si hubiera sido modelada por un océano de luz. Su corona orgánica, semejante a coral, cristal y delicadas membranas marinas, transforma su rostro en el centro de una presencia casi sagrada. Entre tonos nacarados y rosados, la imagen parece unir lo humano con una criatura de otro mundo, elegante, silenciosa y profundamente hipnótica.

Nowadays, the power of social networks and the Internet makes viral certain places that previously would go unnoticed by most people. That is the case of these apartment blocks located in the Quarry Bay neighborhood in Hong Kong, which became famous after appearing in the movie Transformers (which I have not watch), and that are daily visited by many curious people who want to get a selfie or a photo of the place. It is important in these cases to be respectful, because although we are in a public place, this is the home of many people and it is not surprising that one day it will be forbidden to photograph here.
In my case I expected to get the image easily, but when I arrived and pointed my camera up from the center of the yard, I saw a balcony with scaffolding that I could not tolerate. I had to move to one side, and then some plants entered in the 12mm of my ultra wide-angle lens. So I ended up placing myself near the apartments, with the consequent problem that the lines were distorted in a horrible way. When I finally managed to compose as correctly as possible, it started to rain and I stayed alone there holding my umbrella to protect the camera. The truth is that at times it was hard to stand there, because to my uncomfortable situation it was added the unpleasant smell of the wet garbage that was in the yard. Luckily, moments before the blue hour it stopped raining and despite all the difficulties I was able to get my version of this photograph that has always impressed me.

Últimamente, el poder de las redes sociales y de internet hace virales ciertos lugares que antes pasarían inadvertidos por la mayoría. Ese el caso de estos bloques de apartamentos situados en el barrio de Quarry Bay en Hong Kong, que se hicieron famosos tras aparecer en la película Transformers (la cual no he visto), y que reciben a diario a muchos curiosos que quieren conseguir un selfie o una foto del lugar. Es importante en estos casos ser respetuosos, ya que aunque nos encontremos en un lugar público, este es el hogar de mucha gente y no es de extrañar que algún día se acabe prohibiendo fotografiar aquí.
En mi caso esperaba conseguir la imagen fácilmente, pero al llegar y apuntar con mi cámara hacia arriba desde el centro del patio, vi un balcón con andamios que no podía tolerar. Tuve por ello que desplazarme hacia un lado, y entonces unas plantas entraban en los 12mm de mi lente ultra gran angular. Así que terminé por colocarme cerca de los apartamentos, con el consiguiente problema de que las líneas se distorsionaban de forma horrible. Cuando por fin conseguí componer lo más correctamente posible, empezó a llover y me quedé solo aguantando el chaparrón con mi paraguas protegiendo la cámara. La verdad es que por momentos fue duro aguantar allí, porque a mi incómoda situación se sumó el olor desagradable de la basura mojada que había en el patio. Por suerte, instantes antes de la hora azul dejó de llover y a pesar de todas las dificultades pude conseguir mi versión de esta fotografía que tanto me ha impresionado siempre.

Went to see the Transforma movie in Hk. After the movie, before we walk out the theater, saw the set of The Simpsons decoration advertisment. We ran in and take picture with it!

selon la légende cette île serait le bateau
que Poseidon transforma en pierre
comme le raconte Homère dans l'Odyssée.
Cette dernière photo présente moins d'intérêt du fait que l'aigrette nous tourne le dos. Mais je la poste car à ma grande surprise (je ne l'avais pas remarqué de prime abord) à ce même instant un poisson a surgi de l'eau pour franchir la retenue faite de gros blocs de pierre.
L'aigrette l'avait-elle remarqué ?
This last picture is of less concern because the plume turns us back. But since I post to my surprise (I did not notice at first) at this same time a fish emerged from the water to cross the reservoir made of large stone blocks.

Esta última imagen es de menor importancia porque el penacho nos vuelve la espalda. Pero ya que he puesto para mi sorpresa (no me di cuenta al principio) en este mismo tiempo un pez salió del agua para cruzar el embalse hecha de grandes bloques de piedra.
La garza que había visto el mismo pez?
Esta última imagem é de menor preocupação, porque a pluma nos transforma de volta. Mas desde que eu postar a minha surpresa (eu não percebi na primeira) neste mesmo tempo um peixe emergiu da água para atravessar o reservatório feito de grandes blocos de pedra.
A garça que ela tinha visto o mesmo peixe?
Ĉi tiu lasta bildo estas de malpli maltrankvilon pro la plume turnas nin reen. Sed kiam mi afiŝi por mia surprizo (mi ne rimarkis ĉe komenco) en ĉi tiu sama tempo fiŝo eliris el la akvo por transiri la rezervujo farita el grandaj blokoj de ŝtono.
La egretardea ŝi vidis la sama fiŝo?

Una especie muy esquiva y que se resiste ante la cámara. Nada más ve el objetivo se zambulle y desaparece para emerger a decenas de metros de ti. Cuando llega el periodo reproductivo su plumaje se transforma para ser mucho más vistoso.
Una espècie molt esquiva i que es resisteix davant la cambra. Res més veu l'objectiu es capbussa i desapareix per a emergir a desenes de metres de tu. Quan arriba el període reproductiu el seu plomatge es transforma per a ser molt més vistós.
A very elusive species that dodge the camera. As soon as it sees the lens it dives and disappears to emerge tens of meters from you. When the reproductive period arrives, its plumage transforms to be much more colorful.

No tan toscas y mortales como las catapultas, pero otro ejemplo de matemáticas aplicadas en diferentes ámbitos de nuestra vida. ¿Qué sería de la construcción si no se utilizaran las grúas? En este caso, la imagen representa a las grúas torre que se están utilizando en la construcción de la torre Iberdrola.
Una grúa es una máquina de elevación de movimiento discontinuo destinado a elevar y distribuir cargas en el espacio suspendidas de un gancho. Inventada en la antigua Grecia y perfeccionada a lo largo de la historia. Construidas en madera hasta la revolución industrial, que cambio la materia prima para su elaboración al metal y sus aleaciones.
Con un mecanismo formado por pequeñas maquinas simples como la palanca, la polea o la manivela; todos ellos con la finalidad de amplificar la fuerza mecánica que se aplica a un objeto. En este caso, podría ser al material de construcción de la Torre. Todas estas maquinas simples tienen la finalidad de transformar una fuerza aplicada en otra resultante, modificando en el transcurso; la magnitud, la longitud de desplazamiento y la dirección de la fuerza.

Argazkian ikusten dugu garabi-dorre talde bat. Iberdrola dorreko.erainkuntzan laguntzen ari direnak. Zer izango zen eraikuntzaren mundua garabiak ez baziren existitzen? Hau beste adibide dat, matematikak nola daude aplikatuta gure munduan.
Garabia mugimendu ez-jarraia duen gauzak igotzeko makina bat da. Normalean poleak, pisuak eta makinak simpleak darabiltza, mekanikaren bitartez pisu handiko gaiak erraz igoz.
Lehenengo garabiak antzinako Grezian asmatu ziren eta gizaki zein animaliek bultzatzen zituzten. Garabi hauek batez ere eraikin altuak egiteko erabiltzen ziren. Geroago handiagoak ziren garabiak asmatu ziren, polea hobeak erabiliz eta beraz pisu handiagoa igotzea baimenduz. Erdi Aroan itsas-portuetan eta ontzigintzan erabili ziren, horietako batzuk harrira lotuak. Hasiera batean garabiak zurez egiten baziren ere industria iraultzaren ondoren batez ere altzairua eta burdina erabili dira.

Racional: Muchas veces nosotros solemos admirar personas exitosas y todo lo que ellos han logrado conseguir; pero realmente nunca nos ponemos a pensar los obstáculos que esas personas tuvieron que pasar para llegar hasta donde ellos se encuentran. Esta mariposas es un bello ejemplo de lo que es pasar por un proceso que no fue para nada fácil pero al final de tanta espera y tantos cambios pudo lograr esa transformación hermosa que tanto había esperado.
