Tetra Tech, a global environmental consulting firm, rented a water quality monitoring system from us to keep an eye on the Avalon Bay dredging project. The goal was to clear out portions of New Jersey's harbors to help with shipping and recreation. A remote data logging system helped project managers keep constant watch on water quality at the sites.

The overcast weather on this day seemed appropriate to visit this 20m high sculpture of a miner by Sebastian Boyesen known as the Guardian, commemorates the deaths of 45 men killed 50 years ago in a colliery explosion at Six Bells Blaenau Gwent.
A gas explosion ripped through the colliery at 10.45am on 28 June 1960.
This photo was taken late in the afternoon. I liked the shadows on the lines and that someone had left a footprint in the center of the tracks. The footprint is the only indicator of direction someone was going in.
We bet on number 9 :(. The best shot of the day, wasn't really feeling the other photos. This was at Caulder Race Track in Miramar, Florida.
Piccadilly single track figure of eight tinplate roadway with traffic lights. Although this is marked 'Foreign' I suspect it is made in Germany, and I have seen a suggestion that it is by Technofix, an export version of their no. 239 – any further information very welcome. 'Provisional Patent 8502/36'. The width of the roadway is similar to the Tippco Reichsautobahn and the Marx systems.
