Bird tracks in the sand at the beach at Lake Rudan in Haninge. It was a rainy day, but when I arrived to the Lake the clouds opened up the sky so that I could take somo photos! I like it when that happens!

Yes I know I should of had a scantily clad woman here in a provocative pose but I just didn't see any around at the time.

i remember the day the original McCormick Place burnt down -- the family drove down to Chicago that day. I was a child, but a remember it clearly. freaky recall (math = age 3 and 3/4).
No doubt the area in foreground and skyline look somewhat different, being further (re)developed in once upon a en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_M._Daley .
I don't know much about rail but one of the Transfield crew told me this machine is able to lift sleepers and distribute the rubble underneath in order to keep the tracks level. A pretty cool looking machine I think.
This was shot just before the crossing of Onkaparinga Valley Road near Balhannah in the Adelaide Hills.
The Bibbulmun Track runs from Kalamunda, near Perth, to Albany, Western Australia (5-6 hours away by car). We saw this near the Albany visitor centre.
Shooting the sunrise from behind the tree gave Me a nice long shadow and a bit of lens flare, added a touch more lens flare using photoshop.

Lost under the ground is a tram tunnel, 365 metres long linking Port Mulgrove harbour and the old ironstone mine, now abandoned. Once horses would have pulled trucks through here, and even though it has been left since 1916, the track bolts and sleepers are still preserved.
