A very quiet bay and indeed difficult to reach!!!!Today I took the day off and came down here to take some shots but the way up was exhausting :-(((

These are my first experiments with manual blending of two shots so I would appreciate any comments or suggestions.

-Canon 40D

-Sigma 17-70 f/2.8-4.5

-1 Shot @f/22 ISO 100 10sec for the rocks

-1 Shot @f/22 ISO 100 6sec for the sky

Processing:-

-Blended in photoshop CS4

-Some curves adjustments

-Borders

I saw this nature painting in a ice covered puddle when I was out walking my dogs one day, It reminds me of a toy I had when I was a little girl. A glass globe with a motif in relief covered with water, and when I shook it, it snowed in the little glass globe ...

The Butterfly goes where it pleases and pleases wherever it goes. We delight in the beauty of the Butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achive such Spectacular Beauty

This is one of the most Unique Butterfly I have ever seen, the marking, shapes and colors are awesome to say the least, Notice the two little red hearts on the bottom of the wings ?. I cannot believe how lucky I am to be able to document such a wonderful images of this spectacular Butterfly. !!!!

This Butterfly was Identified as a Bredow's Sister (adelpha bredowii) species of Butterfly,
